How it works

From your first question to an accepted result.

Here is the path for an agreed customer job. Your written offer records the scope, price, timing, payment route, review and support arrangements. An enquiry does not commit you to buy.

The customer journey

Clear at every step.

You can start with a problem rather than a specification. We make the job concrete before asking you to proceed.

Some steps are handled personally by Andy. A catalogue, demo or enquiry button does not mean a service is running unattended.

  1. Choose a service or tell us the problem

Send a public link or a short description, or book a free scoping call. We check whether the work fits and identify what is needed.

  2. Agree what you will receive

Review the written scope: deliverables, exclusions, inputs, access, timing, price, payment route, named seller and the checks used for acceptance. You decide whether to proceed.

  3. Pay through the agreed route

A verified successful payment opens your job and intake. We do not wait for the payment provider's bank payout. This site does not take payment; use the invoice or payment route named in your written offer.

  4. Supply the brief and required access

Confirm the intended outcome, relevant facts and rights to any supplied material. We agree a suitable private route for files and access. Missing inputs are identified before affected work proceeds.

  5. Build, check and prepare your review

We prepare the agreed deliverable and record its checks. The review identifies who built it, who checked it and any limitations. Work requiring specialist judgement is scoped with a qualified reviewer.

  6. Review the exact version

Inspect the result against the agreed scope. Confirm acceptance or identify what needs attention. Changes beyond the scope receive a separate proposal before extra work or costs.

  7. Approve release and receive the handover

You approve any publication or consequential change. Receive the accepted files or access, usage instructions and any agreed recovery or rollback information. The acceptance record identifies the version you approved.

  8. Agree support or close the job

Your offer defines any support period, observation and follow-up. Further work or ongoing service needs a separate agreement. We retain or delete information under the applicable policy and agreed terms.

Quality you can inspect

The checks come with the work.

A useful handover says what changed, how it was checked and what remains unknown. A finished file alone is not evidence of more bookings or a financial saving.

Your review should include

  • 01
    The agreed deliverable

A clearly identified version, with the original scope.

  • 02
    Checks and limits

What was tested, who reviewed it and any gaps that remain.

  • 03
    The next decision

Accept the version, request an in-scope correction or agree an amendment.

Before you start

The practical details.

Do I need to choose an AI tool?

No. Start with the task and the outcome you need. We will suggest a practical scope and explain where tools can help.

What does the first conversation cost?

The scoping call is free. Paid work starts only after you accept a written offer and complete the agreed payment.

Can I pay with Stripe?

Stripe is used for existing agreed customer orders. New jobs use the payment route stated in their written offer. This website is an enquiry route and does not create a checkout or change an existing order.

What if I already paid?

Reply to your existing order correspondence with its reference. Your job should be opened from verified payment. You do not need to pay again or wait for bank settlement.

What if I need a change or refund?

Reply with your order or invoice reference and the issue. We compare corrections with the agreed scope; additional work needs an amendment. See the refund policy and the terms accepted for your order.

Will you publish or contact people without asking?

Your agreed permissions control any release or outward action. Preparing a draft does not authorise its publication.

Do you guarantee more bookings or a saving?

No. We agree what can be delivered and checked. A commercial result needs a baseline and observation after the change.
