The lab explores practical assistance, learning and ways to explain a business. Some projects have a demo you can watch; others remain a written concept or an internal prototype. The status below shows what exists today.
Projects in development
The concepts and prototypes are not available customer services. If one fits a real task, we can discuss what would be needed for a limited test.
A local personal assistant whose memory and actions you can inspect and correct. Planned free personal email and diary assistance for VIPFish customers would use this product, with availability still to be qualified. Private would be a separate optional service with its own consent and scope.
A support idea for organising welfare-related information and directing people to appropriate help. It is not an available service, therapist or safeguarding authority.
A fictional venue booking journey showing where a handoff can break. It contains no real customer data or measured booking uplift.
An English/Spanish learning prototype using games, with approve, reject and undo controls. It remains a staged prototype, not a released training service.
