Hospitality Heroes · by VIPFish

Make it easier to book with you.

For restaurants, bars, hotels, venues and event organisers. We trace the path between the attention you earn and the booking a customer is trying to make, then agree the change that makes the path clearer.

Find and Fix are quoted on enquiry and agreed in writing. No extra bookings are promised before they are observed.

Where bookings get stuck

A good night can start with a broken link.

A guest sees your post, asks a question, checks your hours and tries to book. Each handoff is a chance for confusion. We inspect the actual journey before suggesting any change.

Places we look

  • 01
    Discovery

Social posts, listings and the route into your own site.

  • 02
    Enquiry

Contact buttons, messages, email and the clarity of the next step.

  • 03
    Booking

Availability, hours, booking links and confirmation.

  • 04
    Follow-up

What happens when a guest needs a reply or changes a plan.

Two ways to start

Find it. Then fix it.

We quote the price on enquiry and agree the exact scope in writing. No public changes are made without the venue's approval.

01 · FIND

Find the lost booking journey

We follow one agreed route from first interest to attempted booking, record what a visitor actually sees and identify the friction with evidence. The output is a focused findings note and a practical next-step list.

For: a bar, restaurant, hotel or venue that gets interest but loses bookings somewhere along the way.

Not included: making the changes; Fix is a separate agreed scope.

02 · FIX

Fix an agreed part of the journey

We make one bounded change to the page, enquiry route, follow-up or content, then check it in the agreed context and show the before and after. Access and publication remain under the customer's control.

For: a venue that has agreed which one part of its journey to change.

Not included: further changes beyond the one agreed change, or any claim of extra bookings before they are observed.

Find and Fix are separate scopes. We do not claim that a change produced additional bookings until that has been observed.

Built for hospitality

One idea. Different journeys.

The same method adapts to each venue's real enquiry and booking path.

Restaurants & bars

From tonight's post to a table.

Menus, opening hours, group enquiries and reservations should lead to one clear next step.

Hotels & stays

From interest to the right enquiry.

Room information, direct enquiries and guest questions need clear routes and accurate details.

Venues & events

From an announcement to attendance.

Dates, availability, ticket or table routes, and organiser follow-up need to agree with each other.

What happens next

Start with a real example.

Send a public post, a booking link or a description of where enquiries stall. We will tell you what can be checked from that starting point and what would require access or a separate agreement.

What to send

  1. Your venue and the journey you care about.
  2. The link or message a guest begins with.
  3. What you want the guest to do next.

Do not send private customer records in the first email.
