Business-fit map
An enquiry conversation to map one job: who does it, what information they need and what a useful output looks like. This is a plan, with no agent activated.
HireAGI / Catalogue and prototypes
Repeated questions, draft replies and scattered administration are useful places to explore AI assistance. HireAGI starts by mapping one job and the output a person needs. The role catalogue is a prototype; planning conversations are available by enquiry.
Start with a task
Bring a task, a sample input and an example of a good result. We can map the instructions, tools and review needed, then identify what must be tested before a role could work with your information.
The role designs on this page are documentation, not a team of deployed agents. Customer use requires a suitable technical setup, permission to use the information and a successful test.
The catalogue describes possible roles. It does not give any role authority to act.
Ways to engage
Begin with a planning conversation. Any paid work needs an agreed output, suitable tools, data permissions, support terms and a written price.

A proposed reusable instruction, checklist and worked example. Compatibility, licence, support and the price would be confirmed for the exact package.
A proposed AI role with a sample output, permitted tools and a review process. It needs testing on representative tasks before customer use.
A design for several roles working through shared instructions and clear handoffs. Each role and handoff must be tested before a department can be commissioned.
A concept for preparing information and reviewing work across an organisation. Scope, component permissions and usage rights remain to be resolved.
Setup, training and corrections, offered only for a role that has passed testing with your information. The work, support period, responsibilities and cost are agreed in writing.
Pay as you go / In development
The proposed model would agree a task, its completion check and its cost before work starts. Failed, retried or blocked work would not count as a completed task. Usage tracking and refunds still need testing.
Package, support-period and usage-based arrangements are being explored. There is no published tariff or live self-service checkout for HireAGI.
Role cards / Concepts
Nine role cards describe possible outputs and the review each would need. The card interface remains a prototype. None of these roles is connected or ready to work for a customer.
A source-linked answer or research pack drawn from approved policies and records. The information owner reviews interpretations that affect decisions.
Sorted requests, draft replies and clear next tasks. Connecting a live inbox or changing a booking would require separate permission and testing.
A proposed customer enquiry journey, with the page, response and handoff mapped for testing before use.
An organised view of observations, figures and their sources. A named reviewer checks the method and any figures used in a decision.
A release checklist, monitoring plan and recovery notes. The person responsible for the service approves any live release.
A review of sample work, missing evidence and defects, with checks carried out separately from the person or system that made the work.
A record of required permissions, decisions and questions for review. The role cannot approve its own actions or act outside an agreed scope.
A pilot brief for one business job: the output, success measure, responsible owner and conditions for stopping.
A reserved role for choosing a suitable AI model for a defined task. Provider suitability, costs and the intended use need approval first.
Potential uses / Design stage
These designs show the everyday work a role might help with. They are not deployed services. Each needs approved information, permitted tools, a separate check of its output and a person responsible for the result.
An estimate for one job, with its source figures and assumptions visible. Estimates do not establish savings or approve spending.
A draft response to an inbound booking enquiry, ready for confirmation before a message is sent or a booking changes.
A list of missed handoffs and draft follow-up for inbound enquiries or other expressly approved contacts.
A proposed schedule and task handoffs, with an owner, an error check and a record of changes.
Recommendations against agreed criteria, with a person checking rejected enquiries and deciding the next step.
A job-specific draft proposal for a person to review and approve, including scope, price and terms.
A reviewable set of follow-up drafts for existing contacts the business is permitted to approach.
Content variations for an agreed audience, plus a plan to check results. Publication requires approval.
A design for answering inbound calls and passing questions to a person. No live phone service is available.
Draft routine answers from approved information, with disputed or consequential questions passed to a person.
Department designs
The draft Executive Partner design covers HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales and Leadership. Each department would need tested roles, reliable handoffs and one person responsible for the work.
Roles may be shared across departments. Professional and employment decisions remain with the responsible people.
Before customer use
The proposed setup prepares work, checks it separately and presents it for human review. It is not released and cannot currently publish, pay, send messages, make bookings or modify a customer system. Those actions would need separately agreed permissions and tested controls.
Explore products in development →HireAGI Private / In development
Private connected assistance that coordinates approved sources and specialists while you control consequential actions.
Private is a proposed premium service, built on the same approval and evidence controls as our other products and developing alongside NachoAI. It is not generally available. The first design-partner workflow would use at most two authorised sources and prepare work for review before any connected action.
Discuss Private →Separate choices
The planned free personal email and diary assistant for VIPFish customers belongs to NachoAI. It would not include automatic access to Private. Both products are developing in parallel; current VIPFish delivery does not depend on either release.
A requirement to delete assistant context after one month of inactivity is not yet proven operational. Order, invoice, dispute and legal records are separate from assistant context.
